How are your kitchens so competitively priced?
At Hartnett Kitchens, we work on a large volume and low profit basis, to keep our prices competitive in the hope that we will get repeat business and recommendations.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
Payment is by EFT (bank transfer).
How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?
Depending on the style of door you choose normally determines how long your cabinets will take. However, as a general rule, anywhere from 2 – 6 weeks is generally accepted as the norm in terms of supply only. Install schedules will determine the length of time if you are going for the installation service but we do aim to get your job started within 4 weeks from order.
Where are your kitchens manufactured?
All of our cabinets are manufactured at our factory located in Carrum Downs, Victoria
What do I do first, the kitchen or the new flooring?
The answer to this is subject to the type of floor you choose to use. If tiling, we do recommend having the floor tiled before the new kitchen is installed, however it’s not essential. For all other products we recommend consulting the supplier of that product for their advice.
Do you offer an installation service?
Hartnett Cabinets offers a full installation service for all your cabinets, laminate & stone benchtops.
Do you offer a warranty on your kitchens?
All Hartnett Cabinets Kitchens come with a 7 year warranty. Our Caesarstone benchtops come with a 10 year warranty and our Blum hardware has a lifetime warranty.
When do I need to pay?
On acceptance of your quote you are required to pay a 10% deposit. We will then send one of our technical experts to your home to check and measure your kitchen.
We will then draw your kitchen with our specialised software for you to view and approve.
The next installment of 40% is now required and we will start manufacturing your dream kitchen.
You will be required then to pay the next 40% prior to delivery of your new kitchen and pay the remaining 10% prior to stone installation.
How long will it take to install my new kitchen?
Installation time will vary, dependent upon materials selected. Your new kitchen with a laminate benchtop will be up and running in a day or two. Stone tops will take a little longer – approximately a week – as the stone is not measured until the new cabinets are in place to ensure its perfect fit.
Do you ‘make to measure?’
Yes! Every kitchen and other cabinetry we make at Hartnett Cabinets is bespoke and tailored to our client’s exact specifications.
